She's a maniac !!

This one's my lucky star ! A maniac on the floor...
I'd seen her do her somersaults before, during the previous days, right in front of the sea, turning the beach into this huge dancefloor.
seeing that gracious young lady, evolving at a very respectable level of gymnastics, immediately brought that song to mind. Like in a flash !

That morning, as since a couple of days, I got up (very!) early to get a glimpse of the horses I'd seen on the morning returning from a night-swimming trip with on of my sons;
My aim being to get some shots of those riders against the blinding light of sunrise, who would say no to such an image?

And so, reaching the beach, there she was, flying over the sand, swirling in front of that golden screen as in a stunning shadow play act...as I said, my lucky star !

This will probably turn out to be my best shot of 2020, at least the one that thrilled me most taking (I almost forgot to spot the horseback riding amazones a bit further north on the beach!), and I sincerely regret not having asked her name and mail adress, just to share this with her and her parents.
On the other hand I guess I'll probably see her again next summer; A good reason to go back to Argelès-sur-Mer ;-)

Yesterday, after editing this shot (there was not a lot of editing to be done, except for a bit of cropping), I decided to check that song on YouTube...anyone care to dance ?!?!
